D-COM is a licensed international and domestic carrier, operating in Latvia since 2003 (License T10179 issued by State Regulator for Public Sector and Utilities on 22.10.2003). Our main fields of activity include international carrier services and corporate telecommunication solutions in the Baltic States. We facilitate both TDM and VoIP infrastractures and utilize ISDN, SIP and H.323 protocols. In order to make sure that the quality of service we provide undergoes gradual improvement and sustains the required level of satisfaction, we constantly increase our network of direct interconnections. To date D-COM operates substantial interconnection grid with many carriers within EU, US, Canada and CIS, among which there are Deutsche Telekom AG, Telekom Austria, Beeline and many others.
